MSW, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Lisa attended Anderson College where she majored in social work and minored in marriage and family relations. Immediately following undergraduate studies, she attended Indiana University and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1988.
Lisa’s service to the community has spanned over 30 years of working in the mental health field; she has worked in residential treatment, a hospital setting as well as in a school district. She began her private practice in 2015. Lisa enjoys helping people overcome personal obstacles that cause difficulties in relationships and other areas of their lives. Some areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, and trauma work. Lisa is a certified EMDR therapist. She is willing to incorporate Biblical principles within the therapeutic process for those interested in a Christian perspective.
Lisa has been married for over 30 years and has two adult sons.
